Economy Umrah packages 2026
Economy means a clean 3-star hotel a short shuttle ride from the Haram, a shared room and a low-cost flight. It does not mean fewer services: visa, transfers, Ziyarat and the group leader are all included.
The hotels
In Makkah our economy groups have used Dar Hassan and Mayar Mayasar in Aziziyah with a regular shuttle to the Haram. In Madinah, Abraj Al Diafa with a shuttle to Masjid an-Nabawi. Hotels marked or similar may vary.
Economy versus standard
Moving to a hotel 400 to 900 metres from the Haram adds roughly PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per person on the same dates. For pilgrims who are fit and happy to use the shuttle, economy is the sensible choice.
What is not included
Meals, Saudi SIM cards, personal shopping and extra baggage.
Frequently asked questions
How often does the shuttle run?
Hotels run shuttles around the five prayers, with extra buses at busy times. Timings are posted in the hotel lobby and shared by the group leader.
Can a family book economy?
Yes. A quad room keeps a family of four together at the economy price.
Is economy available in Ramadan?
Yes, though Ramadan prices are higher across every category. Book early.
